I specialise in supporting people with grief, bereavement and other significant transitions in their lives. I currently provide therapy in a hospice and pastoral care as an ordained Buddhist practitioner.

Losing a loved one can be utterly devastating and lead to a bewildering range of emotions like numbness, denial, anger, sadness and guilt. These emotions are completely normal and are part of what it is to love and care about another. However, a big challenge can also be learning to cope with others' reactions - having to comfort others through your own grief.

I can provide a safe and supportive space to allow your most painful feelings to be expressed and can help you to integrate the feelings of loss into your life. I can also support you as you adapt to life without your loved one.

I also specialise in helping to navigate spiritual experiences or crises which may accompany a death or bereavement. Please contact me to see how we might work together.
